Role Description
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager/Account Manager for a full-time hybrid position based in The Woodlands, TX, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving client retention. Key responsibilities include analyzing customer needs, providing customized solutions, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service excellence
- Ability to build and nurture strong client relationships and foster Customer Retention
- Strong Analytical Skills to understand client needs and evaluate data-driven solutions
- Experience in Relationship Building to enhance business growth and client engagement
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
