We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Student to join our HR department as a Recruitment Specialist.

In this role, you will support our end-to-end recruitment processes in a dynamic and challenging tech environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow professionally, learn the ropes of corporate recruitment, and help build our winning team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support for the company's recruitment processes across various departments.
  • Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels and tools.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews and candidate evaluations.
  • Manage daily interfaces with hiring managers and external recruitment partners.
  • Coordinate complex schedules, schedule interviews, and provide a high-quality candidate experience.

  • Requirements:

    • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (HR, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field) – Mandatory.
    • Prior experience in recruitment or sourcing from Recruitment agencies / HR firms.
    • Availability for 3-4 working days per week at our offices in Netanya.
    • "Can-do" attitude: High energy, fast learner, and a proactive approach.
    • Assertiveness and excellent communication skills: Ability to drive processes forward and work independently with multiple stakeholders.
    • Strong organizational skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Good English proficiency
