What does the role include?

End-to-End Recruitment Management: Full responsibility for the recruitment lifecycle for the most complex and interesting technical roles in the market.
Creative Sourcing: Identifying passive candidates through innovative sourcing tools and managing targeted searches.
Screening & Evaluation: Actively sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates, including conducting in-depth telephonic interviews.
Job Marketing: Writing, posting, and marketing vacancies across digital channels and social media in an attractive and engaging manner.

What are we looking for in you?

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Tech Recruitment – Must.
Education: Bachelor’s degree – Must. Master’s degree – An advantage.
Languages: Very high-level English (Writing, Reading, and Speaking).
LinkedIn Expertise: Proven experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
Personal Skills: Strong ability to drive processes, excel in a dynamic multi-tasking environment, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
