Rust Software Engineer

Responsibilities-

• High-Performance Development: Architecting and implementing mission-critical services using Rust over Linux, ensuring extreme performance and reliability.
• Microservices & Distributed Systems: Designing and deploying complex Microservices architectures and event-driven distributed systems.
• Massive Scale Messaging: Utilizing Kafka and Redis to manage high-throughput data streams and real-time messaging across the platform.
• Infrastructure Evolution: Driving the transition from sophisticated On-Prem environments to scalable Cloud infrastructures using Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
• E2E Ownership: Taking full technical ownership of features from conceptual algorithmic challenges to production-ready execution.
• Collaborative Innovation: Working in a decentralized, parallel-processing environment where creativity and initiative are key.

Requirements-

• 5 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer – Mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Microservice architecture with hands-on experience in developing and deploying complex services – Mandatory.
• Solid background in building event-based and message-driven systems – Mandatory.
• CS Fundamentals: Deep knowledge of OOD, code optimization, and algorithmic complexity – Mandatory.
• Proven experience in decentralized development and parallel processing.
• Familiarity or experience with Linux, Redis, Kafka, and Kubernetes.
• A track record of building new environments and technologies from the ground up.
• A proactive team player with high positive energy and a passion for solving complex software challenges.
