About the Role

We're looking for a Backend Engineer who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges and building products that operate at scale.

As part of a highly skilled engineering team, you'll contribute to the development of a cloud-native platform designed to simplify Kubernetes operations for engineering teams around the world. You'll work with modern technologies, influence technical decisions, and help shape the future of the product.

What You'll Do

• Develop backend services for the company's core platform.
• Design and build scalable cloud-native solutions.
• Work extensively with Kubernetes and container-based technologies.
• Develop high-performance services using Go.
• Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and Software Engineering teams.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical improvements.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of backend software development experience.
• Experience building scalable cloud-based applications.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes and container technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.
• Experience with Go (Golang) – a strong advantage.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience from an elite IDF technology unit.
• A proactive mindset, strong ownership, and excellent collaboration skills.
