Company Description

DiploAct is an Israeli organization working to reach international audiences through digital content and on-the-ground initiatives. The organization focuses on addressing antisemitism, strengthening connections with the Jewish diaspora, and shaping how Israel is understood globally.

Role Description

This is a full-time role based in Israel.

We are hiring a Program Director to lead and execute key initiatives focused on developing young leaders and strengthening engagement around Israel and Jewish identity.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be responsible for building and running programs from the ground up, forming partnerships, and delivering real outcomes.

The role requires someone who is both operational and mission-driven. You should care about the subject matter, but also be able to turn ideas into execution.

Responsibilities

Design and lead educational and leadership-focused programs
Build partnerships with universities, student groups, and relevant organizations
Recruit and work directly with participants
Manage programs end-to-end, from planning to execution
Oversee budgets, timelines, and overall delivery
Support international initiatives, including delegations and external activities
Work closely with internal teams to align programs with broader organizational goals
