We are looking for an experienced Associate Program Manager to join a dynamic Product & R&D environment and play a key role in driving operational excellence, improving ways of working, and supporting strategic product initiatives.
In this role, you will work closely with Product, R&D, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of roadmap items, feature launches, and critical business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and agile squads across Product and R&D
- Own, manage, and optimize Jira workflows, dashboards, automations, and reporting metrics
- Prepare risk management reports and proactively identify delivery risks and blockers
- Analyze program plans, milestones, and execution progress to support decision-making
- Drive process improvements and enhance team efficiency across multiple workstreams
- Work independently, solve complex problems, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar Program Management / PMO / Product Operations role
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira configuration and automated workflows
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and reporting dashboards
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) and PMO best practices
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Agile or Jira Administration certifications
- Experience with BI tools and data visualization
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
