HR Manager (Maternity Replacement)

✨ We’re hiring an HR Manager (Maternity Replacement) ✨

RADWIN is looking for a strong HR Manager to join us for a ~9-month maternity leave replacement and play a key role in shaping the employee experience across the organization.

This is a hands-on, dynamic role with real impact, ownership, and day-to-day involvement in all HR aspects.

What will you do?

• Provide ongoing support to employees across the full employee lifecycle
• Maintain and strengthen company culture and employee experience
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Manage offboarding processes
• Lead and execute employee engagement and welfare activities (holidays, happy hours, special events, etc.)
• Partner closely with managers and support their day-to-day needs
• Lead the company performance review process
• Own learning & development initiatives (including Udemy management and budget)
• Support global organizational events (e.g., Sales Kickoff, offsites)
• Drive internal communications across the organization
• Manage HR administration and work with cross-functional teams (finance, IT, etc.)
  
  

• Scope: 75% position
• Location: Ramat Hayal, Tel Aviv
• Start date: May 15th (for 9-10 months)
  
  

• 6–10 years of overall HR experience
• At least 2 years of hands-on, end-to-end HR ownership (Hi-tech is a plus)
• Strong experience supporting employees and managers
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Experience working with HR systems – such as Comeet / ODOO / Udemy
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
• Proactive, hands-on, and execution-oriented
