We are seeking a resilient and hands-on HR & Recruitment professional to drive our global growth and lead our operational backbone. Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, you will own
The full-cycle recruitment process in complex markets and managing HR operations, from hiring to offboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end global recruitment across Europe, China, Korea, Singapore, etc.
- Own the day-to-day HR lifecycle operations, including hiring, compliance with varied local requirements, onboarding, offboarding, and welfare initiatives.
- Partner and collaborate with the founder and team leaders to provide HR support and business-aligned recommendations on labor laws, benefits, and employee matters.
Requirements
- Resilience, excellent communication skills, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Hands-on experience in global recruitment- must
- Hands-on experience with employment life cycle and HR operations from onboarding to offboarding
- Very high proficiency in spoken English for interviews and day-to-day communication-must!
- True business understanding and the ability to operate in a complex business environment
