What you'll do

• Manually test features and flows across mobile and web platforms
• Write and execute test plans, identify edge cases, and document bugs clearly
• Help define and run evaluation methodologies for AI-powered features Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure quality before we ship Champion the user's perspective - you'll be the last line of defense before something reaches our customers

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience in manual QA for mobile and web products Familiarity with AI products and eval methodologies
• Experience with QA automation tools and frameworks - you don't need to be a developer, but you know your way around automated testing and can write or maintain basic test scripts.
• Strong attention to detail and a knack for breaking things Excellent communication - you can clearly describe what's wrong and why it matters.
• Background in customer support or customer success is a plus.
• You understand what "good" feels like from the user's side.
