We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead both our retail and B2B operations.
This role combines team management, fieldwork, and direct sales to business clients.
Role Description
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Maintain and develop B2B client relationships and build strategic partnerships.
Oversee sales across the company’s retail store network.
Work closely with internal departments: inventory, logistics, and distribution.
Combine field-based work (approximately 50%) with office-based responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in field sales and retail sales operations – mandatory.
- At least 2 years of experience managing a sales team – mandatory.
- Strong leadership and ability to motivate employees and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage tasks, targets, and performance metrics.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and assertiveness
- Experience in B2B sales – advantage
- Company headquarters: Petah Tikva
