The Role
We're looking for a talented, people-person Office Manager & Personal Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the management of the main company office, ongoing administration operations, supporting employees and departments across various areas, and providing personal assistance to the management team.
You'll be the person who keeps things running smoothly — from daily office operations to employee experience, vendor management, and executive support.

Responsibilities
Office Management & Facilities
- Be responsible for the overall office management of Bylith
- Maintain ongoing office operations and procedures — equipment, supplies, food, and cleaning
- Maintain a healthy, safe, and secure working environment
- Help manage all aspects of office life so employees enjoy a great daily experience in their workplace
Administration & Logistics
- Handle various administrative tasks related to operations, logistics, and facilities — including cars, parking, shipments and deliveries, travel, and more
- Provide admin support to company employees across departments
- Point of contact for office vendors and service providers
- Provide general assistance to visiting guests
HR & Employee Experience Support
- Support the HR department with welfare activities, gifts, happy hours, and team events
- Assist with HR processes such as new hire onboarding, offboarding, and more
Finance & Management Support
- Assist the finance department with administrative tasks as needed
- Support the management team with management of their schedules and communications
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., office manager, office administrator, logistics coordinator) in a high-tech company
- Fluency in both spoken and written Hebrew (mother tongue) and English (fluent)
- Strong organizational, management, and planning skills
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks throughout the day — keeping track of concurrent assignments and completing them on time
- Competence in Microsoft Office
