Job Description:
• Operation and monitoring of enterprise IT systems 24/6 in shifts.
• The role includes: monitoring and identifying faults in control systems, analyzing the nature of the issue and its impact.
• Finding solutions or engaging the relevant stakeholders.
• Distributing reports and ongoing updates to customers and employees of the technology division.
• Managing and operating processes from the initial stage through to final approval.
Job Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in a NOC / System team – mandatory.
• Experience in a large organization with hundreds of users or more – mandatory.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems – mandatory.
• Knowledge of communication protocols – mandatory.
• Familiarity with working with: VMware, Active Directory, Citrix, Linux, databases (DB), and cloud services.
• Experience working with monitoring and control systems and troubleshooting system-wide issues – mandatory.
