The Role

As a Campaign Manager at Indocs, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing large-scale performance campaigns across multiple platforms. We are looking for someone who is analytical, creative, and eager to make a real impact in the healthcare digital space.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Ongoing optimization, A/B testing, and performance analysis to meet client KPIs.
• Conducting keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copywriting.
• Monitoring budgets and providing detailed performance reports.
• Collaborating with the creative and account management teams to refine strategies.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in managing campaigns (Google & Meta ads) – Must.
• Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape and performance metrics.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Proactive approach and a passion for staying updated on industry trends.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) - advantage.
• Knowledge of Marketing Automation tools - advantage.
• Previous experience in the medical or healthcare industry - advantage.
