Responsibilities:

 Lead programs end-to-end: from initiation through delivery—ensuring excellence in quality, timelines, and budget control

 Operate in a fast-paced matrix environment, collaborating seamlessly across internal teams to achieve shared objectives

 Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, building trust and ensuring expectations are not only met but consistently exceeded

 Identify and capture new business opportunities within ongoing programs, contributing to overall program success

 Ensure strict compliance with industry standards, regulations, and security protocols at all times

Requirements:

 7+ years of proven program/project management experience in the technology sector

 Direct experience in the defense industry – mandatory

 Engineering background (software or hardware) – mandatory

 Strong technical understanding of complex systems and AI-based solutions

 Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to break down complex topics into clear and precise messages

 Proven ability to lead engagements and play a key role in negotiations

 Excellent task management and prioritization skills

 Ability to motivate and drive teams within a matrix organization

 Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team

 Familiarity with international business environments and security standards – an advantage

 Fluent in Hebrew and English

  additional languages – a strong plus

 Willingness to travel internationally as needed
