The Role

At Decart, recruitment is a core strategic function. You will not just "fill roles"—you will partner directly with our founding team to map out global talent landscapes and execute complex hiring strategies. This role requires a rare blend of surgical sourcing precision, high-level process ownership (E2E), and the ability to represent a brand that is at the bleeding edge of AI.

What You’ll Do

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to define talent needs in a rapidly evolving research environment.
• Global Talent Scouting: Proactively identify and engage world-class engineers and researchers from top-tier labs and tech giants globally.
• End-to-End Excellence: Own the entire funnel. You are responsible for the "Candidate Journey"—ensuring every touchpoint reflects Decart’s standards of excellence.
• Precision Sourcing: Use advanced methodologies to uncover passive talent. You understand the nuances between different technical domains and can speak the language of high-level talent.
• Operational Mastery: Manage complex interview loops and logistics across multiple time zones with flawless execution and attention to detail.
  
  

• Experience: 3-4 years in a Talent Acquisition role within a high-growth, elite tech environment (Tier-1 startups or leading tech firms).
• Global DNA: Proven success in closing candidates in competitive international markets (US, Europe, Israel).
• The "Hunter" Mindset: You are a sourcing expert who views talent acquisition as a research project, not just a keyword search.
• High Agency: You are a self-starter who takes extreme ownership of processes and can navigate the ambiguity of a fast-scaling startup.
• Communication: Flawless English and the ability to articulate complex visions to sophisticated candidates.
