Senior User Acquisition Manager

A fast-growing performance marketing agency is seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to join its Tel Aviv–based team. The agency specializes in running large-scale campaigns for global brands, leveraging innovation, data-driven strategies, and creative excellence to deliver measurable results across multiple digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize large-scale user acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat
• Analyze campaign data to improve key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV)
• Develop and implement A/B and multivariate testing strategies to enhance campaign performance
• Stay updated on industry trends and leverage new opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution
• Oversee budgets and ensure efficient media spend while achieving revenue and growth goals

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition or performance marketing
• Proven success managing high-budget campaigns for international brands
• Strong knowledge of major digital marketing channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat)
• Advanced analytical skills with experience in attribution and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• High-level proficiency in English (written & spoken)
• Experience working with agile methodologies – advantage
