HR Manager – Southern Logistics Center

Position Overview

Responsibility for all Human Resources activities at the Southern Dairy Logistics Center located in the Be’er Tuvia industrial zone.

Key Responsibilitie

• sImplementing HR policies and creating an annual work plan aligned with organizational strategy
• Manager development – training, coaching, and consulting
• Managing and operating training processes – enrichment and professional development, as well as recruitment processes – assessment, internal tenders, and promotions
• Managing and executing welfare activities at the unit level and implementing corporate welfare policies
• Managing, implementing, and operating compensation and benefits policies
• Responsibility for labor relations and employment law compliance at the site, including communication with the workers’ committee and the legal department
• Managing a team of HR coordinators
• Reporting to the HR Director of the Supply Chain Division

Requirements

• Relevant academic degree – mandatory
• At least 4 years of managerial experience in Human Resources within a large and complex organization – mandatory
• Experience as an HR Manager in an industrial organization – an advantag
• Experience managing a team – mandatory
• Experience working with a workers’ committee – an advantage
• Knowledge and experience across various HR domains: labor law, compensation, recruitment, welfare, employee relations, organizational development
• Full-time position; ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple interfaces and high workload
