Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Moran. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and their accounts, building and maintaining relationships with clients, upselling and renewing accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in account management or client relationship management
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment
• Experience in the financial technology industry or related fields
• Knowledge of equity management or finance is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
