Data Analyst

Role Overview:

• Financial Data Analysis: Leading deep-dive analysis into complex financial datasets, specifically focusing on Payments, Fraud detection, Transactions, and Chargebacks.
• Risk & Integrity: Monitoring and analyzing transactional patterns to identify anomalies, mitigate fraud risks, and optimize payment success rates.
• Data Stack Mastery: Utilizing SQL, BigQuery, and Python within a GCP environment to extract actionable insights from large-scale datasets.
• Business Impact: Collaborating closely with R&D and Finance teams to drive data-informed decisions that directly impact the company's bottom line.
• KPI Development: Designing and maintaining sophisticated dashboards and reports to track financial health and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a BI or Data Analyst – Mandatory.
• FinTech/Payment Expertise: Proven experience analyzing Finance-related data (Payments, Fraud, Transactions, or Chargebacks) – Mandatory.
• Advanced SQL: Exceptional skills in developing complex queries and data manipulations – Mandatory.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and automation.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Practical experience working within the GCP ecosystem (specifically BigQuery).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex financial metrics into clear business recommendations.
