Insait is redefining how financial institutions engage with their customers using AI. Our conversational AI solutions help banks, lenders, and insurance companies drive revenue and improve customer interactions across lending, deposits, and servicing.
We work with 30+ enterprise clients globally, including leading banks and financial institutions across Israel, the US, and Australia. The company currently closing a $17M Series A led by top-tier investors as we expand into the US market.
We are looking for our first marketing hire — a hands-on marketing leader who will help build Insait’s marketing function from the ground up.
This role focuses on creating pipeline and market presence in the financial services sector, working closely with the CEO, Business Development, Partnerships, and Sales teams.
You’ll design and execute marketing motions that support enterprise sales, partnerships, and US expansion, while building the foundations for a scalable marketing function.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute targeted marketing programs that support enterprise pipeline generation.
- Develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for banks, lenders, and insurance companies.
- Support business development and partnership efforts through co-marketing initiatives with ecosystem partners (e.g., fintech platforms, consulting firms, tech providers).
- Lead industry events, executive roundtables, and fintech conferences.
- Produce high-quality content and thought leadership including case studies, whitepapers, and LinkedIn content.
- Build core sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, case-studies, and competitive positioning.
- Work closely with leadership to shape Insait’s market positioning and narrative.
- Establish the foundations of a scalable marketing engine that will grow into a larger team over time.
- 7-10 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS.
- Experience marketing to financial institutions (banks, lending platforms, insurance) or similar enterprise buyers.
- Strong experience with enterprise demand generation, ABM, or fintech ecosystem marketing.
- Ability to operate in a hands-on startup environment, owning both strategy and execution.
- Excellent storytelling and content skills for complex technical products.
- Experience working closely with sales, partnerships, and leadership teams.
- Background in fintech, regtech, or AI-driven enterprise platforms.
- Experience supporting US enterprise go-to-market efforts.
- Experience building marketing functions in early-stage startups.
