N-Drip is a global company on a mission to save water resources while supporting agriculture around the world. Our solutions enable growers to significantly reduce water and resource use while maintaining or improving productivity.

We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on, and strategic Marketing Director to join our HQ team and lead our global marketing activities.

Role Overview

As our Marketing Director, you will be the single point of contact (solo function) responsible for shaping and executing N-Drip’s marketing strategy. This role requires strong executive presence to interface with senior management, facilitate strategic discussions, and drive cross-functional processes. You will combine high-level strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Main Responsibilities

• Own and execute the marketing strategy and plan.
• Serve as the hands-on, sole marketing lead, managing day-to-day execution and end-to-end marketing activities.
• Own all brand messaging, positioning, and storytelling, ensuring consistency across internal and external communications.
• Manage all social media and digital channels.

·     Create, write, edit, and produce high-quality content.

• Build and deliver high-impact presentations, pitch decks, and strategic materials for internal and external audiences.

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience in a global company; proven experience in a Director-level role.
• Proven track record of leading strategy while simultaneously executing day-to-day tasks.
• Data-driven and tech-savvy mindset, including hands-on use of AI tools to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Native or near-native English proficiency.
