About the Program: Deloitte Launchpad supports Israeli startup founders scaling and expanding in the US market through a community of like-minded entrepreneurs, personal guidance from dedicated teams in the US and Israel, and strategic programming.

What You’ll Do: As the Program Operations Lead, you’ll be at the operational core of Deloitte Launchpad - ensuring day-to-day excellence, driving execution of strategic initiatives, and helping translate ideas into measurable outcomes across the program, community, and events.

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Program Operations - Own key operational processes including scheduling, budget tracking, procurement coordination and vendor follow-up, build lightweight, repeatable operating processes that keep the program running smoothly.
• Act as the Launchpad PMO - Translate strategy into clear execution plans, workplans, timelines, and task tracking. Manage multiple parallel workstreams across program delivery, community initiatives, and strategic events. Drive stakeholder alignment, follow-ups, and consistent reporting on status and next steps.
• Marketing and Communications: Create newsletters, social media posts, and booklets that showcase our program and its impact and craft content to keep our founders informed, engaged, and excited about their journey with us.
• Data Analysis: Utilize tools like Monday, Excel, Salesforce, and PowerPoint to develop efficient processes for managing program data. Report on key metrics to assess the program’s effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Nice to Have

• Prior exposure to startups, founders, venture capital, accelerators, or ecosystem roles; strong understanding of startup terminology and fundamentals.
• Experience operating in matrixed organizations and working with senior stakeholders
