Program Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Program Manager to lead complex, high-impact programs at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and the defense sector. Responsibilities

• Lead programs end-to-end: from initiation through delivery—ensuring excellence in quality, timelines, and budget control
• Operate in a fast-paced matrix environment, collaborating seamlessly across internal teams to achieve shared objectives
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, building trust and ensuring expectations are not only met but consistently exceeded
• Identify and capture new business opportunities within ongoing programs, contributing to overall program success
• Ensure strict compliance with industry standards, regulations, and security protocols at all times

Requirements

• 7+ years of proven program/project management experience in the technology sector
• Direct experience in the defense industry – mandatory
• Engineering background (software or hardware) – mandatory
• Strong technical understanding of complex systems and AI-based solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to break down complex topics into clear and precise messages
• Proven ability to lead engagements and play a key role in negotiations
• Excellent task management and prioritization skills
• Ability to motivate and drive teams within a matrix organization
• Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with international business environments and security standards – an advantage
• Fluent in Hebrew and English; additional languages – a strong plus
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed
