Associate Program Manager

🚀 We’re Hiring: Sr. Associate Program Manager (Product Development)

We’re looking for a talented and driven Sr. Associate Program Manager to join a dynamic Product & R&D organization and play a key role in driving operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment where data-driven decision-making, collaboration, and continuous improvement are at the core of everything we do.

🔹 What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with multiple stakeholders across Product and R&D teams

• Ensure Jira is up to date, organized, and aligned with business needs

• Support agile squads and help implement best practices

• Configure and optimize workflows, dashboards, and processes in Jira

• Define and refine metrics to support evolving business challenges

• Manage risks, track project status, and ensure proper mitigation plans

• Provide clear insights and analysis to support decision-making

• Work independently in a dynamic, fast-changing environment

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role

• Strong experience with Jira (including workflows and automation)

• High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, functions, reporting)

• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

• Strong understanding of project/program management processes

🔹 Nice to Have:

• Experience with BI tools

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or similar

• Agile certifications (SAFe, PSM)

• Jira Administrator certification
