Technical Support Representative (Help Desk)
About the Company
On behalf of a leading and well-known company in the gaming and lottery industry, which operates advanced technological systems nationwide. The company's headquarters are located in Petah Tikva. We are looking for tech-savvy individuals with high-level service skills to join the technical support center—the "beating heart" of our field operations and customer service.
Job Description
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for corporate systems, proprietary applications, and hardware.
- Offering remote support to users and points of sale across diverse work environments.
- Monitoring and maintaining the integrity of computerized systems in real-time.
- Collaborating with internal interfaces and documenting all inquiries within the CRM system.
Job Requirements
- Technical Background: Strong technical understanding and proficiency in a computerized work environment – Mandatory.
- Availability: Willingness to work in shifts (24/7), including evenings, nights, and weekends (as per organizational needs) – Mandatory.
- Experience: Previous experience in Technical Support/Help Desk or a focused technical customer service role is a significant advantage.
- Computer Skills:
- Proficiency in operating systems: Windows, Android, iOS.
- Familiarity with Office applications and CRM systems.
- Experience in supporting web-based systems and mobile applications.
- Personal Attributes: Highly efficient, ability to work under pressure, service-oriented, and a quick learner of complex systems.
