Plaee is a fast-growing, innovative tech startup in the online entertainment space, building platforms for the prediction market industry.
Based in Ramat Gan, we’re a young, high-energy team that loves what it builds, moves fast, and aims big.
We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Marketing to own and lead our marketing efforts end-to-end, build and execute strategy, and grow our brand and industry presence.
What you’ll do:
● Own and lead Plaee’s marketing strategy and execution
● Build, manage, and optimize all marketing channels (online & offline)
● Drive brand awareness and industry positioning
● Build and scale lead generation funnels
● Plan and execute campaigns, launches, and growth initiatives
● Work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to define go-to-market
● Measure, analyze, and continuously improve performance
What we’re looking for:
● Proven experience in B2B or B2C marketing roles, ideally in a startup environment
● Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and growth strategies
● Experience with lead generation, funnels, and performance marketing
● Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
● Ability to work independently and take full ownership
● Strong communication skills and fluent English
