We are hiring a Team Lead for our Customer Success team!
We are looking for a natural-born leader, a true multitasker, and a client management expert to lead our CSM team.

Our team manages a broad portfolio of approximately 1,800 B2B clients. As a Team Lead, your role will be to serve as the professional compass of the team, lead them to meet their goals, and ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.
What will you do?
- Lead and motivate the team: Direct management of CSMs, personal mentoring, driving sales, service and retention targets, and implementing a proactive customer engagement culture.
- Lead Upsell initiatives: Drive the team to increase sales and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Build methodologies: Create and improve internal best practices and working processes within the team and in collaboration with the sales team.
- Hands-on leadership: Support the team in strategic client meetings, resolve conflicts, and handle real-time escalations when needed.
- Drive innovation: Creatively introduce new features and products to our broad client portfolio.
- Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to define responsibilities and close gaps within clear ownership boundaries.
- Manage a focused strategic portfolio.

Requirements:
- Previous management experience is an advantage.
- Background in CSM or Account Management is required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and draw insights.
- Experience working with platforms serving Israeli clients is an advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills. The ability to motivate employees while delivering outstanding service to clients.
- Assertiveness and boundary management.
- The ability to set clear boundaries with clients and internal stakeholders, perform well under pressure, and manage responsibilities with confidence.
- Proactive mindset and creativity.
- The ability to see the bigger picture and find creative solutions for client needs.
- Proven experience delivering high-level service and support to clients.
- Strong connection to the world of sales.
