A leading global company in Rosh HaAyin is looking for a Technical Support Team Lead.
Responsibilities:
• Manage shift operations and provide professional guidance on complex issues and escalations
• Oversee team routines, including shift scheduling, call monitoring, and performance feedback
• Provide professional training, knowledge transfer, and manage knowledge bases and content
• Full-time position, including Friday and Saturday evening shifts
• 24/7 availability required in case of critical issues
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of English proficiency
Nice to Have:
• 2 years of experience in technical support
• Familiarity with Priority system
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / Industrial Engineering
