We are partnering with a leading international business to hire an Onsite Host and Recruiting Coordinator based in Tel Aviv. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in delivering a seamless and professional interview experience while supporting a fast-paced recruitment team.

What you will be doing

Welcoming candidates and creating a positive first impression onsite

Coordinating interview schedules, rooms, and logistics

Supporting interviewers and candidates throughout the process

Assisting with basic technical setup such as presentations and meeting rooms

Managing recruitment administration and ensuring processes run smoothly

Working closely with internal stakeholders on hiring activity

What we are looking for

1 to 3 years experience in coordination, administration, recruitment, or customer-facing roles

Strong communication skills in English and Hebrew

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Experience with calendars, scheduling tools, or applicant tracking systems is beneficial
