Head of Program – Mission Aircraft

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a complex mission aircraft program at ELTA Systems.

The position includes:

• Leading and managing a multidisciplinary program for a multi-mission aircraft – from contract signing through delivery to the international customer

• Managing milestones, timelines, and overall program execution

• Leading reviews, tests, and technical surveys in Israel and abroad

• Managing subcontractors and ensuring alignment with program goals

• Providing system-level and managerial solutions to the customer

• Matrix leadership across engineering disciplines – systems, software, hardware, and mechanics

• Managing work plans, procurement processes, supply chain activities, and program risks

What we’re looking for:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Aerospace Engineering / Computer Science – required

• At least 3 years of experience managing business or engineering projects

• Experience with airborne platforms – required

• High level of English (spoken and written)

• Additional foreign languages – required

• Willingness to travel abroad
