Talent Acquisition Partner (Maternity leave replacement)

We are looking for a strong Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end hiring processes across multiple domains, including Product, Data, Marketing, and Tech. This is a hands-on role focused on execution excellence, stakeholder management, and delivering high-quality hires in a fast-paced, global environment. You will work closely with hiring managers and report the Israeli HR Director

Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment Execution

• Own full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Manage multiple roles simultaneously across different domains and seniority levels.
• Ensure high-quality candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and outbound efforts.
• Maintain strong candidate experience throughout the process.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
• Challenge and refine job requirements when needed
• Provide clear visibility on pipeline, risks, and hiring progress

Sourcing & Market Mapping

• Actively source candidates using LinkedIn and other channels
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Conduct market research including salary benchmarks and talent availability

Process Excellence

• Ensure structured and consistent interview processes
• Maintain accurate data in ATS and recruitment trackers
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements

Data & Reporting

• Track key recruitment metrics (pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-hire)
• Use data to flag risks and support hiring decisions

What we expect

• 4–7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (in-house or agency)
• Proven experience hiring for Product, Data, Marketing, or Tech roles
• Strong sourcing capabilities with a proactive, headhunting mindset
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and roles in parallel
• High attention to detail and strong ownership of processes
• Actively use AI and automation tools to optimize sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement, and continuously identify opportunities to improve TA efficiency
• Fluent in English
