PPC Campaign manager

AdScale is an AI-powered advertising platform for E-commerce stores, serving more than 1,500 customers in Israel and worldwide. Our mission is to help online store owners build better digital advertising campaigns through AI-driven targeting, creativity, and optimization.

Opportunity

AdScale is looking for a PPC Account Manager to join our fast-growing Customer Success team. In this role, you will manage client accounts across a variety of industries that use the AdScale platform, while providing strategic and technical support to help them achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing client relationships and conduct regular client meetings

• Take a hands-on role in managing advertising campaigns on Adscale platform

• Lead the onboarding process for new clients and build strategies

• Answer client questions and provide technical support related to our platform and its integrations with partner platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads

• Deliver excellent customer service and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and R&D

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in PPC or digital marketing - Must

• Previous experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads - Must

• Strong customer service orientation - Must

• Knowledge of the e-commerce industry and experience managing a large portfolio of clients - advantage
