Data Analyst

Paragon is a fast-growing cybersecurity company that is revolutionizing the industry with groundbreaking technology and products. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team and take ownership of transforming customer data into actionable organizational insights.

In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing customer data, uncovering usage trends, red flags, and behavioral patterns, and presenting these insights clearly to internal teams. Your work will help the company understand what’s happening on the ground and how it impacts business.

You will also act as a key player in understanding technical events and their business implications, and ensuring that decision-makers have a clear understanding of operational realities.

Responsibilities

• Own the collection, processing, and analysis of customer data to generate clear business insights.
• Identify usage trends, behavioral anomalies, and red flags within customer data sets.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and other operational teams to analyze product usage, customer behavior, and to funnel data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Translate complex data into clear insights, narratives, and recommendations for product and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to building a data-driven culture within the organization.
• Support cross-functional projects aimed at improving product performance and customer satisfaction.
  
  

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or a similar role in a data-driven, product-focused environment.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL – must.
• Hands-on experience with Python for data processing and automation – must.
• Strong skills in Tableau for dashboarding and data visualization – must.
• Experience in cybersecurity environments.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and business intuition.
• Proven ability to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive informed business decisions.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  
  

• Familiarity with tools such as Elasticsearch, Jira, Grafana, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of operational-to-sales workflows and cross-departmental business processes.
