We are looking for a curious and detail-oriented Data Analyst with a strong business understanding to join our Monitoring team.

What You'll Do

Analyze operational and financial data across merchant segments to surface trends, anomalies, and opportunities
Support pricing activities with data-driven models and ad-hoc analyses
Work cross-functionally with operations, sales, and finance to define problems and deliver actionable recommendations
Automate recurring data workflows to improve team efficiency
Leverage AI tools to enhance analysis speed and quality
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that help stakeholders make faster, better decisions

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst / Business Analyst – a must
BA/B.Sc. in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or another quantitative field
Strong analytical thinking and a business mindset
Strong SQL skills, with the ability to independently query large and complex datasets
High Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and modelling
The ability to work in a demanding fast-paced global environment and manage multiple projects and priorities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent English (written & spoken)

Experience with Python for data analysis and automation - an advantage
Experience working with BI tools (e.g., Qlik) – an advantage
Experience using AI tools for data analysis and workflow improvement – advantage
