This is your chance to lead the monetization strategy for Real Estate, improving pricing, conversion, and seller expansion mechanics, while driving measurable impact across the marketplace.
About the Role
You will own and drive the monetization strategy and revenue performance for the Real Estate vertical.
Your focus will be on improving the full seller journey - from listing creation and activation to payment, upgrades, and retention. You will define pricing and packaging strategies, optimize conversion flows, and develop scalable expansion mechanics tailored to Real Estate sellers.
Working closely with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Operations, you will identify opportunities, run structured experiments, and turn insights into improvements that grow revenue while keeping the marketplace healthy.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own the end-to-end Real Estate seller revenue funnel, from property listing to transaction success.
- Improve the seller journey by optimizing flows, reducing friction, and increasing conversion across property listings.
- Define and evolve pricing and packaging structures that balance revenue growth with marketplace liquidity.
- Develop expansion mechanics that increase ARPU and encourage sellers to upgrade to premium offerings.
- Lead structured experimentation including A/B testing, pricing elasticity, and new monetization mechanics.
- Monitor yield performance and unit economics to ensure sustainable revenue growth.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Operations to translate insights into scalable initiatives.
Your Skills and Experience
- 6+ years of experience in Product Monetization, Growth, or Revenue Optimization roles.
- Strong experience in pricing and packaging strategy, ideally in marketplaces or SaaS.
- Proven experience improving conversion and revenue across product funnels.
- Solid understanding of product-led growth (PLG) and expansion mechanics such as upsell, upgrades, and retention.
- Hands-on experience running structured experimentation and A/B testing.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to drive decisions.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams.
- Fluent in English.
