We're recruiting on behalf of a large, well-known, and innovative financial organization.

The Role

This is NOT a pure prompt-writing role. You'll be working at the intersection of business analysis, data, and AI — defining use cases, translating complex business needs into AI-powered solutions, and leading end-to-end GenAI initiatives from concept to production.

What You'll Do

• Analyze business processes and translate them into structured AI/GenAI solutions
• Design, develop, and optimize prompts for LLM-based systems
• Write functional specs and use case definitions for AI initiatives
• Analyze data structures, APIs, and data sources to feed AI models effectively
• Define testing scenarios and measure output quality
• Work closely with Data, R&D, and business stakeholders
• Document methodologies and best practices for working with LLMs

What We're Looking For

✅ 1+ year of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or technical solution design

✅ Hands-on experience with GenAI tools or LLM-based systems

✅ Ability to write structured requirement documents and functional specs

✅ Understanding of data structures, APIs, and data flows

✅ Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills

✅ Experience working in cross-functional environments

Bonus Points

⭐ Experience with SQL or data environments ⭐ Familiarity with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.) ⭐ Background in BI or Data Analytics
