Prompt Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimization and writing of Prompts, System Instructions, and managing Context, memory, and conversation flows for AI agents.
• End-to-end design and improvement of RAG processes (Chunking, Embeddings, Vector DBs, and Retrieval).
• Model response analysis and Root Cause Analysis to refine the Prompt, Context, Retrieval, or Agent architecture based on findings.
• Hands-on development of Backend components and API services in Python, alongside internal UI interfaces and Evaluation tools.
• Leading POC projects and complex integrations from prototype to Production, in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience in Prompt Engineering, working with LLMs, and RAG & Vector DB-based solutions.
• Strong background in Full Stack development, with an emphasis on Python, REST APIs, and database integration.
• Experience in Web development (TypeScript/JavaScript, React) and working environments such as Git, Docker, and CI/CD - a significant advantage.
• Experience in defining Evaluation methodologies and qualitative measurement of model outputs.
• Proven ability to design and implement a complete end-to-end AI solution- Model, Backend, and UI.
• High analytical thinking, strong technological curiosity, and the ability to translate business needs into precise AI solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and teamwork in a dynamic technological environment.
