HR Specialist (Talent & People Operations) – Schemathics

Schemathics is a fast-growing technology company focused on building advanced platforms across marketing, AI, and machine learning. We are looking for a highly experienced HR Specialist to lead and scale our talent function as we continue our rapid expansion.

The HR Specialist will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing our hiring processes and people operations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can recruit top talent, scale teams efficiently, and work with both in-house and outsourced resources.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments (engineering, data, AI/ML, marketing, operations)
• Build and scale hiring pipelines to support rapid company growth
• Develop and implement structured hiring processes, KPIs, and reporting
• Manage relationships with outsourcing agencies, recruiters, and external partners
• Design and execute employer branding and talent attraction strategies
• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure strong employee integration and retention
• Support managers in team building, organizational structure, and workforce planning
• Act as a strategic partner to leadership on HR and people-related decisions
• Build and manage HR processes, policies, and best practices
• Lead and mentor junior HR team members as the team grows

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on hiring
• Proven experience in building and scaling teams in fast-growing environments
• Strong experience working with outsourcing companies and external recruitment agencies
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing people or HR functions
• Experience hiring for technical roles (engineering, data, AI/ML) – strong advantage
• Deep understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing channels, and hiring funnels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong execution capabilities
• Experience in tech-driven companies – strong advantage
