HR Business Partner - Maternity Leave

What is the job:

We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) for an 8‑month maternity leave replacement, to join our global HR team supporting the Products & Services organization. As an HRBP, you will work closely with leaders across departments, supporting our teams in Israel and collaborating globally as needed. This key role combines strategic partnership with hands-on HR operations, focusing on implementing HR strategies, enhancing the employee experience, and driving business success through people-cantered solutions in a dynamic, global environment.

What will you do?

• Act as a trusted HR partner to managers by building strong relationships, understanding business goals, and providing strategic HR support, including participation in organizational planning and team structure decisions.
• Partner with managers to define job profiles, open and manage requisitions in the HR system, collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team, and participate in interviews for key roles while ensuring smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
• Help managers support team performance and growth through talent reviews, career development, internal moves, and planning for future leadership needs.
• Handle employee relations with care and use feedback tools like casual 1:1s and exit interviews to help build a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
• Drive execution of global and local HR programs (e.g., engagement surveys, performance management, compensation cycles).
• Maintain, review and analyse HR data like turnover, engagement, and hiring trends to share useful insights and support better decisions by HR and business leaders.
• Make sure HR practices follow Israeli labor laws and company policies, handle employment paperwork, including termination processes, and work closely with Payroll, Finance, and Legal teams on related HR tasks.
• Work with global HR peers to support global projects, remote work, relocations, and team changes across regions.
  
  

What you need:

• 3–5 years of experience as an HRBP in a high-growth, global tech company.
• Proven experience supporting managers and leading HR projects end-to-end.
• Deep understanding of Israeli labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to build trust.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field (master’s degree - an advantage).
