Data Analyst

A leading international Proprietary Trading technology firm is seeking a data-driven Analyst to join its core engineering and product team. The company empowers traders worldwide by providing innovative financial solutions, capital allocation programs, and advanced educational tools.

Operating as a private equity-backed platform, it enables traders of all experience levels to access significant capital, utilizing high-performance trading infrastructures and sophisticated growth programs to maximize market profitability.

The company's R&D center is located in Central Israel (with additional global sites in major financial hubs like London) and operates a hybrid work model with remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Full Analytics Lifecycle: Leading the end-to-end data process, from translating complex business questions into technical queries to delivering actionable product insights.
• Infrastructure Management: Building and maintaining a robust data infrastructure using Google BigQuery and Metabase.
• B2C Product Optimization: Analyzing user behavior and platform performance for a high-traffic B2C product to drive engagement and retention.
• KPI Governance: Defining, tracking, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide strategic business and marketing decisions.
• AI-Driven Analysis: Leveraging modern AI tools to enhance data processing efficiency and predictive modeling capabilities.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product, Marketing, or Business Data Analyst – Mandatory.
• Significant experience in the B2C sector (specifically from Gaming, Trading, or Fintech/Forex industries) – Mandatory.
• Mastery of SQL for complex data extraction and manipulation – Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools integrated into the analytical workflow – Mandatory.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Metabase, Tableau, or Looker).
• Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal) for collaboration with global teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
