Join UNI Diamonds on our mission to revolutionize B2B diamond trading through AI-driven insights. We are looking for our first dedicated HR hire: a Talent Acquisition Expert ready for a "career-up" opportunity.

This role will drive UNI’s global growth by leading E2E recruitment cycles globally while establishing the foundations of our People & HR functions.

Core Responsibilities:

Global Talent Engine: Own the E2E recruitment lifecycle for global roles across Product, , Data, Marketing and Sales: Sourcing, interviewing, hiring.
HR Foundations: Build and manage the company’s HR processes and define the full employee lifecycle.
Employee Experience & Welfare: Design and execute engagement activities and welfare initiatives to maintain a high-performing and connected global team.
Management Partnership: Act as the primary point of contact for department heads and employees, supporting team growth and organizational health.

Job Requirements (Must-Have):

Recruitment Pro: 3 - 4 years of E2E recruitment experience (Tech/Startup environment preferred) with strong sourcing skills
Global Mindset: Proven track record of recruiting in international markets
Hunger for HR: A genuine desire to move beyond "just recruiting" and take ownership of broader People/HR responsibilities
Execution-Focused: A "get things done" attitude with the ability to work independently as a high-impact single contributor
English: Native or Fluent level (written and verbal) - a must
