We are recruiting a Recruitment Coordinator for a financial organization located in central Israel.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Publish job postings
- Screen and review resumes
- Support and guide candidates throughout all stages of the recruitment process
- Work closely with senior managers and develop a deep understanding of the recruitment needs and the different units within the organization
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Experience conducting phone interviews
- Experience in writing and publishing job postings
- Relevant bachelor’s degree
