Head of Sales

Plaee is a fast-growing, innovative tech startup in the online entertainment space, building

platforms for the prediction market industry.

Based in Ramat Gan, we’re a young, high-energy team that loves what it builds, moves fast,

and aims big.

We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Sales to build our sales function from scratch and play a

key role in shaping Plaee’s growth.

What you’ll do:

● Build and execute Plaee’s sales strategy

● Own the full sales cycle – from lead to close

● Create and grow B2B partnerships

● Build strong relationships with decision-makers

● Define pricing and commercial models

● Set up sales processes, tools, KPIs & forecasting

● Work closely with Product, Marketing & Leadership

What we’re looking for:

● Proven B2B sales experience (Fintech / Gaming / Trading Platforms – Mast Have)

● Strong closer with a track record of complex deals

● Experience owning or building sales activities

● Great communication & presentation skills

● Startup mindset, self-driven, and hands-on

● Fluent English
