As our Social Media Optimizer, your mission is to ensure our content cuts through the noise and reaches target audiences effectively, while serving as the professional authority for the team’s social strategy.

Responsibilities

• Optimization: Implement hands-on tactics to maximize reach and engagement across X, TikTok, and Meta.

• Professional Mentorship: Lead the team on sharpening "hooks," mastering platform mechanics, and improving social media storytelling.

• Real-time Response: Monitor platform algorithms and identify emerging "Knowledge Poisoning" narratives to adjust our strategy in minutes.

• Performance Analysis: Use data-driven insights to refine distribution and ensure our mission scales.

Qualifications

• Platform Native: Mid-level experience in social media growth/optimization with a deep understanding of why content goes viral.

• Platform Mastery: Technical expertise in X, TikTok, and Meta analytics and mechanics.

• The "Mentor" DNA: Ability to teach others and explain the "why" behind successful campaigns.

• Execution: Proven ability to move from an idea to live execution at high speed.

• Languages: Fluent English (written and verbal) is a must.

• Mission-Driven: A genuine commitment to the fight against Knowledge Poisoning and digital deception.

The Setup

Location: Tel Aviv (Office-based).

Model: Hybrid (3 days a week from the office).
