Operations Manager & PA to CEO

We’re a cybersecurity startup building next-generation technology in the network security space.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly capable Operations Manager & PA to CEO to join the team and help scale the company’s operations, internal processes, and growth initiatives.

This role works closely with the CEO and leadership team and sits at the intersection of operations, GTM support, and employee experience. What You’ll Do:

Operations & Leadership Support

• Own day-to-day operational and administrative initiatives that keep the company running smoothly- including vendor management, office operations and procurement, invoice and payment coordination, meeting scheduling, and general business administration.
• Work closely with the CEO on day-to-day operational, administrative, and GTM priorities.
• Support leadership with research, materials, and operational coordination.
• Help ensure alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams.

GTM & CRM Operations

• Own and maintain the company’s CRM infrastructure (HubSpot).
• Manage pipeline tracking, lead management, and sales workflows.
• Support customer-facing initiatives and engagement processes.
• Optimize internal tools and workflows to improve sales visibility and operational efficiency.

People Operations & Recruiting

• Support end-to-end recruiting processes for technical and GTM roles.
• Manage onboarding coordination and help build scalable People Operations processes.
• Contribute to building a strong employee experience as the company grows.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal English
• 2–5 years of experience in operations, business operations, project management, or similar roles
• Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
• Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dripify, or similar GTM platforms
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• High level of ownership and ability to work independently
• Experience working with executive leadership in startup environments
