Marketing Designer

Simply is hiring a hands-on Marketing Designer to create high-impact creative that drives measurable business results across acquisition channels, while maintaining strong visual quality.

What you'll do:

• Design performance assets at high velocity
• Iterate designs based on funnel metrics (CTR, conversion, opt-in, MO, RP).
• Partner with Growth, PMM and Product to turn insights into winning designs
• Support cross-org visual needs (campaigns, internal decks, board, funding data visualization)
• Help maintain visual identity and consistency across product, ads, webflow, emails, and related touchpoints
  
  

• Strong visual craft and portfolio quality
• Proven performance marketing design experience (beyond brand-only work)
• 3+ years of experience from product-focused tech company- Must
• Understanding of outcome-based creative testing and iteration
• Ability to execute fast under shifting priorities
• Strong cross-functional collaboration.
• High ownership and execution mindset.
• Visual communication degree
  
  

• Experience in subscription apps, edtech, or growth-stage B2C
• Experience and passion in building and designing with AI
• Motion design capabilities
• Comfort with data visualization for business-facing materials
