A leading global technology company in the Defense sector, located in the Sharon area, is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager. This role is designed for a leader capable of driving complex, large-scale projects in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of multiple technological projects from initiation to successful delivery.
- Monitor project data, schedules, budgets, and outputs to ensure operational excellence.
- Define project scope and deliverables, aligning goals between customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proactively identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Manage the PMO team, overseeing daily activities and optimizing task prioritization.
- Utilize MS Project and Priority ERP to maintain high standards of project tracking and reporting.
Key Requirements:
- BSc in Engineering or a relevant field – Mandatory.
- 5+ years as a Program Manager within the defense industry – Mandatory.
- 3+ years of experience in team management – Mandatory.
- Strong analytical thinking, excellent problem-solving abilities, and high-level leadership skills.
- Fluent English (both speaking and writing) – Mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Project and Priority – Advantage.
