Program Manager

Who We Are:

The Program Management unit within the OCIO is looking for a Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-divisional business and technology programs.

In recent years, the Technology Division has been driving a broad transformation strategy across technological infrastructures and work processes, adopting and implementing new tools and technologies.

As part of this transformation, we lead complex, multi-interface projects that span departments and divisions within the bank — including technology-driven initiatives that enhance internal processes within the Technology Division, as well as business programs integrated with advanced technological solutions.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale, cross-organizational business-technology programs with strategic impact on the company
• Plan, manage, and oversee end-to-end (E2E) projects
• Drive and align cross-functional teams while fostering collaboration, transparency, and open communication
• Work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders at all levels
• Define goals, milestones, governance routines, KPIs, and manage risks
• Operate in a dynamic environment with an agile culture

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 5+ years managing complex technological projects in large organizations (financial/banking sector – an advantage)
• Strong business and technological orientation and understanding
• Assertiveness with the ability to influence, lead, and engage managers and stakeholders
• Systemic and process-oriented mindset
• Ability to lead improvement processes, identify bottlenecks, and break down complex problems
• Strong integrative skills across multiple interfaces and organizational units
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Drive to lead and create meaningful organizational impact
• Fast learner with high personal accountability, strong organizational skills, and independence
