Contract Strategist | Deal Architect | Commercial Risk Leader

HyperStrong, a global leader in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), is expanding its commercial platform in Israel⚡

We are looking for a senior Commercial Manager to build and lead the commercial, contractual, and service foundation of HyperStrong Europe & Israel.

This is not a back-office contracts role.

This is a strategic leadership position at the core of our Israeli growth story.

🎯 Role Overview

The Commercial Manager will serve as the commercial backbone of HyperStrong Israel — partnering with Sales, Service, Project Delivery, Finance, and HQ to structure smart deals, protect the company, and enable long-term customer partnerships in Israel and Europe.

This role shapes how we contract, how we price, how we manage risk, and how we scale sustainably.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

📑 Commercial & Contract Leadership

• Lead drafting and negotiation of sales contracts, service agreements, LTSA frameworks

• Structure warranties, SLAs, KPIs, LDs, acceptance mechanisms

• Act as Israel’s primary commercial contracts focal point

• Support Sales with risk-balanced deal structures

🔧 Service Commercial Strategy

• Build long-term service commercial models (O&M, post-COD frameworks)

• Structure pricing logic aligned with HQ standards

• Support tenders and proposals with strong commercial positioning

• Ensure long-term recurring revenue discipline

⚖️ Risk & Governance

• Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks

• Provide internal guidance on contract execution and obligations

• Support governance processes and compliance standards

🇮🇱 Regulatory & Market Interface

• Monitor Israeli regulatory and contractual developments

• Coordinate with advisors and authorities where required

• Provide management with structured commercial insight

🤝 Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner with Sales, Delivery, Service Ops, Finance & HQ

• Represent HyperStrong in customer negotiations

• Support forecasting and commercial reporting

👤 Who You Are

• Degree in Law, Business, Engineering, or related field

• Background in utility-based infrastructure contracts

• Strong experience in contracts & commercial management

• Background in renewable energy, power, infrastructure, or industrial tech preferred

• Deep understanding of service frameworks & long-term agreements

• Fluent Hebrew & English

• Strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills

• Structured, disciplined, and comfortable operating in a fast-growing international environment
